Slow cooking a rack of ribs is the secret to that fall-off-the-bone tenderness, and this rack keeps the meat away from the flame for superior indirect grilling. The vertical design holds 8 full racks of ribs, and raised handles ensure easy lifting (be sure to use pot holders). Premium finish prevents meat from sticking to rack. Hand wash only. 20 1/4″ x 12 1/4″ x 6 1/4″. |
